A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Sofia 👋.
Since I was a kid I loved problem-solving and simplifying the complex into understandable.
I started my professional career as a Software Engineer, creatively approaching the challenge of making a living while becoming a licensed Psychologist. But I truly found my calling in the field of Human Factors – combining my analytical and people skills and passions.
I have 15+ years experience working at the intersection of design research, strategy and user experience design. I’ve worked in an agency and enterprise environments, on hardware and software products, B2B enterprise software, service design and more.
